Physics 123 - AM Radio

First useful circuit from the Harvard Physics 123 course I am taking this semester — a famed course taught by the authors of the cult textbook “The Art of Electronics.”

  • Take AM radio signal from a wire antenna, and build a circuit that filters the signal and feeds into an audio amplifier.
  • Carrier frequency: 1MHz
  • Sound/music signal frequency: 2K - 20KHz

Fellow Media Labber Noah Feehan and I made this pretty fast, probably in 30 minutes.
